01Acceptance of Terms

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the tk1931 Platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where tk1931 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, bonus funds will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited in their entirety. Any real-money balance in a duplicate account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. tk1931 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account not held in the name of the registered tk1931 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. tk1931 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to their source if a third-party deposit is identified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements and any applicable bonus wagering conditions being satisfied in full. tk1931 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. tk1931 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the tk1931 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). If a deposit is submitted in a foreign currency, a conversion may be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. tk1931 is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred through your payment provider.

4.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

tk1931 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any financial transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or by a payment service provider. In such cases, tk1931 will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

05Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, tk1931 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions that supplement and take precedence over these general terms in respect of that promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-type restrictions.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Promotional offers promoted during seasonal periods such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Bangladesh Premier League season will carry their own individual terms published at the time of each promotion.

06Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the tk1931 Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are published within the game interface or the sports betting section. The following general principles apply across all gaming and betting activity:

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are offered subject to market availability. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are fixed. tk1931 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest pricing errors, event cancellations, or other exceptional circumstances.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles on the tk1931 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. tk1931 is not responsible for software malfunctions caused by your device, internet connection, or browser. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the outcome generated at the time of the server's last confirmed interaction, as recorded in tk1931's server logs.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. The rules of each live game are displayed on screen during play. All decisions made by the live dealer are final once the round has been officially closed. tk1931 is not liable for any service interruption arising from the studio's technical infrastructure or from your own internet connectivity.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1931 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering as or impersonating any person under the age of 18.

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the Platform to launder funds from any illegal activity.

10Limitation of Liability

tk1931 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your device and for the security of your internet connection when accessing the Platform.

11Account Closure and Termination

You may request the closure of your tk1931 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, tk1931 will process the closure and return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering conditions on bonus funds.

tk1931 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a chargeback or dispute from your payment provider. Where an account is closed by tk1931 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited.
